Order Instructions

  Although our plans are to open to in-store shopping this year, we would still like to offer the ability to place an order with no contact for those of you who are still not ready or able to shop in person.  However, online ordering should not be used as a way to hold plants or only for convenience.  If you plan on shopping in our greenhouses, then please do all of your shopping this way, so we are able to continue to offer this service to those who need it.  Since we will be open, we will be short-handed in the order taking and filling and this may take more time than it did last year, possibly a week or more depending on demand.  Because our availability can change so quickly, we cannot guarantee we have any item until we are actively filling that order.  We would appreciate your patience as we do our best to serve all of our community.

 3 Ways to Order! 

​

 1.) Email Order Form to lindsleysgreenhouse@gmail.com; order forms are available on the button link above and emails will be checked daily.  

​

2.) Facebook Instant Messenger; Go to our Facebook page, and send us an instant message; these will be checked daily.

​

3.) Phone Orders; Give us a call at (920) 468-6898 and tell us what you’d like!  We will not have a designated employee answering the phone this year as we are quite busy assisting in-store customers.  But, we will make every attempt to return any messages for orders as quickly as possible.  Phone orders will work best with smaller orders.

​

 Important Note When ordering, keep in mind that not all plants can or should go outside in the early part of the season.  Things like tomatoes, peppers, basil, cukes, and other vining veggies shouldn’t be planted until mid-May at the earliest. We will be open for in store shopping this year, so filling orders will take a little more time than last year.  We are hoping to fill orders within a week of receiving them depending on demand.  So, plan your order accordingly.   Also, several items come in different sizes, so please make sure to specify what size you would like.  For example, large red tomatoes come as a 6” pot, a pack of 2 or a pack of 4, so don’t forget to add container size to your order to make sure you get what you want. If there is nothing specified, we will use our judgement.  Thank you again for your patience with this process!

 

 3 Ways to Pay!

1.) Credit Card; We will still accept credit cards this year for Online orders only.  This option will be completely contactless.  Invoices will be e-mailed with a secure PAY link.  Please pay before pickup, and bring a copy of the paid receipt or have it available on your phone and everything will be good to go.  Pay promptly to avoid delays at pickup.  Credit Card is only accepted online, not in-store.

2.) Check;  Invoices will be e-mailed with the total cost.  If you choose not to pay with credit card ahead of time, bring a check already filled out and we will accept your payment with minimal contact at the time of pickup.

​

3.) Cash;  Invoices will be e-mailed with the total cost.  If you choose not to pay with credit card ahead of time, we will accept cash payment at the time of pickup. 

​

When you receive the e-mail with your invoice, your order is ready for pick-up!  Please plan on picking up your order by the day after receiving your email.  After orders are boxed it is difficult to keep them watered without soaking the boxes.  If you are not a computer user, or would rather receive a phone call when your order is ready, indicate that at the time of ordering.
